Meet the team.

Will Gutzman

There once was an improvised actor. Went to Stanford, but he was no hacker. He loves what he does, but feels sad because, his wallet has not gotten fatter.

Naiema Din

Born and raised in the SF Bay Area. As a kid, I would write and act out sketches with my 5 siblings. I took my first online improv class in 2020, and fell in love with the art form that combines real human emotion with fast storytelling. In late 2022, I banded together with my Flash Forward teammates, and we’ve been having fun on stage since then.

Pat Pow

I grew up doing musical theater. In 2017 my wife wanted to take an improv class to improve her public speaking. She did the first class and I kept going. During the pandemic, I thought there must be a way to combine musical theater & improv and came across a video of Off Book: The Improvised Musical. I learned there were classes across SF and since then I’ve been making up scenes and songs and enjoying every minute of it.

Greg Burton

Greg is a very silly person who used to work on satellites and now tells people what's wrong with their mechanical designs. He produces a monthly improv show (Greg & Friends) in Mountain View at the Pear Theater, where he invites improvisors from around the Bay Area to come play. He performed in the puppet improv group ImprovUppets at the Countdown Improv Festival in Tampa, FL. His BATS Cave Match group lost to Flash Forward in 2023, and he's flattered they invite him to come play.

Hank Voge

People always told me I'd be good at improv, but I ignored them because, obviously, improv is super lame. But then I saw Middleditch&Schwartz live in 2019. The back of my head blew off, and it hasn't come back since.
